Review on 🔔 Belltech 9534 Shock Kit by Paul Vanlaere

I really liked these shock absorbers. They drive nice and manageable. The Belltech lowering kit that I have used on my other truck rides is amazing. What I don't like about these shocks is the company. I had an issue with one of the shocks that was less than a year old and called the support team. I was prompted to send an email confirming my purchase and describing the problem. So I do that and a day later I get an email from their tech support to send them a photo of the discharge. I send them two pictures and a day later I get an email asking what the problem is it seems to be installed correctly so I can explain what it is seeing and it cuts out my original email and paste it, but omits the description of the problem I originally posted. I answer respectfully, even though I feel like he's wasting our time. After two days of work I heard nothing. For real. that's called customer service. 5 business days after contacting support, I have not resolved anything. This is the second kit I have purchased from Belltech for my trucks and this will be my last. If you can't treat your customers right, I don't want your product on my trucks. I will spend my money elsewhere and make sure no one I know is wasting their money on Belltech. I didn't expect that from Belltech.
