Review on 🐦 3-Inch Canary Twig Birds Nest by Prevue Pet Products - BPV1150 by Betsy Tran

I like the thickness compared to other nests that have holes for babies to hook their feet etc. Also they have a problem with the wire hooks that don't hold up well , and I used large paperclips and a branch to hold them in place, which helped. And now I had the same problems with hooks. The main problems with these hanging hooks are that they are too short, they need to be longer and more flexible. If I put a branch next to it to pot it, it doesn't help, it comes loose or still tips over, especially when birds fly backwards and land on and take off from it. (I have canaries) I end up trying to use large paperclips with it. It would be nice if they fit ALL CAGES (my cage is iron). THEY SHOULD BE COATED WHAT METAL CAGE THEY FIT BETTER. SO I DON'T WASTE MY TIME IN THEIR IMPROVEMENT, SO I'M NOT AFRAID THAT THE NEST WITH EGGS IN IT FALLS ETC. I buy them for the look and the density of the weave, they are small for small birds and for the price. I have a female who tries to build other nests in different places in the cage so this is also a purchase she will like and builds a nest in it not on the floor. So my other option is to try a bolt with a metal plate on the other side with a nut to secure it like some outlets sold have. If all of that doesn't help I won't be ordering again in the future and will recommend them to others who might ask. Otherwise they are nicely made and thick so they last a while and don't fall apart like the others after a few uses. (So right now my rating is based on hooks)
