Traveled over 2700 miles with my 05 Fatboy in a small 8ft enclosed trailer. Very bumpy roads across the country. When we got to California the front strap came loose from the tire, but I had straps in the back that pulled forward as intended and light straps on the handlebars. The bike has not left the carrier. I recommend it to anyone who needs to transport their bike. If I had only used the straps my bike would surely have been crashed and damaged. My bike was there exactly as I had left it before the trip. Couldn't be happier.
