My P1518 low engine power problem solved. It was 230,000 on the original, so it's about time. But I had to go through a process of relearning. 1) Disconnect the battery for more than 20 minutes and fully charge the battery. 2) Reconnect the battery. 3) Start with A/C off and run ECM at rough idle for 15 minutes. 4) Then block the car's tires to keep it from moving. Put it on in the driver's seat for 15 minutes with the air conditioning on its lowest setting and the windows closed. Without moving, without pressing the accelerator or the brake (but get behind the wheel, just in case). 5) Parked and Idling was pretty good. Then test drive. Without relearning, the error came back with a new part. ECM still thought the old one was still there and had all the old offsets it created. Smooth ride afterwards.
