I like that this system is very easy to use, simple interface and the fact that everything is done online makes it even easier! The system does not have many features but it's price is great for what you get. It is a good system for small businesses who need some extra help with their testing. I do not recommend using this software if you are looking for a lot of advanced features. We used SMT as an internal support tool for our clients. This helped us keep track of all tests and issues we were dealing with while helping our customers. Very easy to learn and use. Very flexible for testing. The support is also great.The price is good. Nothing to dislike about this product. The only thing that I dislike is that the system is not available for mobile devices. I recommend this product for all kinds of testing. I use it for regression testing for web applications. I also use it for mobile testing. It is very effective. I am solving my problems related to regression testing.
