The most important thing that I like about this software is its ability to run tests at one go, it can be used for e2e testing as well. As far as my experience goes with smt, there are no issues which have been reported so far by any client or user from across world.I haven't found anything bad as such in the product yet but if you look around then definitely they will come up. The best part is that it has all tests in one place with no need to go from site-to -site searching for different versions, so you know what your testing against! It's easy enough if I want just 1 version tested but not as intuitive when multiple are needed (i have 3 sites). Very good product overall though could be more user friendly like other vendors products out there such us QA Magic or TestComplete which can do this same thing at least better than smt does now by far!! I like that it is easy to use, has many features including reporting options for both end users as well adminstrators. The interface can be confusing at first but once you get used its very intuitive! It also allows me access from anywhere in my home or office without having any problems with connectivity.
