Review on SMT by Aravind Joshi

SMT has been very helpful to us by providing great customer service and always being willing to go above and beyond. We've used other vendors in the past, and they didn't always seem that knowledgeable or helpful. When I have had questions about our testing process, they were able to answer them immediately and with a lot of detail. The staff is also very friendly and seems to care a lot about their clients; which is a refreshing change from some other vendors. There isn't anything that I dislike about SMT so far. We are using SMT for software testing.
