Easy to upload documents through their website with no need any other software or third party program just use web browser like Chrome/Firefox then you'll see that option in form section select it from drop down menu! So easy !!! And I don't know much about this service but when i used my cargo insurance policy was so happy not only me because everyone got insured also! The system was very easy to use as well it has many reports that you can customize easily with information about shipments in order history or current statuses so nothing new. I dislike its interface. but also there aren’t anything too bad this software helps us manage our business much better.
