Excellent knives suitable for cutlery and knife accessories

Shun knives are really good. I have an 8" Chef, a 7" Asian, a Paring and this one. I'm very, very picky and I have other knives that don't even come close. Since these are Japanese knives, they have a very steep sharpening angle. This makes them very easy to use. The steel is very strong and durable - I've never had to sharpen my 7" Asian. I take very good care of my knives. I wash my hands and dry them with a towel before placing them on the magnetic knife holder. Yes, you can pay more to impress your friends but i highly doubt you will get a better knife.

  • Easy to use
