A new version of this product has been released and works great. I wanted to connect 2 printers to my 2 computers. Tried the Dlink 1260 print server. I couldn't get it to work on one printer and one computer. After almost 2 full days of trying and hours of phone calls with tech support. I was told to send the dlink back as it was defective. I tried another one and had the same problem and spent hours on the phone with tech support. I also returned it and bought a Hawking HPS12U. I had an issue so I called tech support and they helped me set it up. Then I tried to add my other computer. One computer is running Windows XP and the other is running Vista. I had to call tech support again and soon everything was up and running. My biggest problem is that I don't know what I'm doing, so I needed technical support.
