Review on Ascend Physician Relationship Management by Daniel Oliver

I love that it is so flexible! It can be used for multiple specialties or just one if you have enough resources to support them all in house (which we do). The integration between our provider billing system needs work - but this could also apply across other systems as well given how customizable they are now days? We were using PBM's prior vendor who was terrible at managing their data/supporting us after hours / weekends etc.. Now things seem more stable which has been an improvement over what came before though not ideal yet still getting there :).
