The ability to create tasks for field service personnel in addition to the manager of operations. It also gave us an interface with our manufacturing partner so we could see what work was done or needed to be completed at their end when they were performing services on one of our machines. I would like more options to group things by specific project / task which can then show up as tabs within those groups. This has been helpful in organizing my projects and making sure all related activities are grouped together rather than scattered across different screens/tables. Also it helps me keep better contact numbers on hand since I have them pulled from this area instead of having loose papers where someone might misplace them.
