Bracket mounts backwards so when tightening the screws the panel rises 1" above the door. See photos and compare to GE branded parts. The spare is the one inside the oven and the other two photos are the ones outside the oven. The part is easier to make this way because the crimp is on the outside. The crimp also provides guidance which doesn't work the way this part is made. I will also note that the ends weren't parallel which meant I had to spread my legs to install it. I ended up installing two washers behind the bracket to keep it sitting flat.
