I have 4 pipe wrenches of different sizes. I have a 14" Ridgid pipe wrench that I have been using for at least 10 years. The thing looks battered and battered, but it still works. I had a job where I had to clamp an old steel pipe better into the house. I couldn't get a good bite so I had to look for alternatives. I ended up buying one of those corner keys. I wish I had it sooner! trust me you need it. 90 degree angle and stopped there. It worked great and being aluminum it's lighter than my steel keys. It's more money, but worth it in the long run.
