This is a heavy duty 3" x 10" chisel with a 15 degree angle to the Removing tiles and floors when it needs a lot of remodeling work. This tool must be used with a hammer drill that accepts Spline Drive System (SDS) Plus shank bits and has a "hammer" setting with no rotation, just impact. The impact drill delivers impacts in the direction of rotation; The hammer drill delivers an impact parallel to the drill without rotation. On major renovations, this chisel will shatter tile or mastic bonded floors without significant damage to the subfloor when used with a little care. Much easier than a hammer and chisel or a scraper on a small vibrating multi-tool! Figures 1 and 2 show a chisel. Picture 3 shows it installed on my KSEBI SDS Plus Large Impact Drill. This is the chisel I need for big floor jobs or lifting tiles. A robust tool that helps make difficult work much better! I hope you found the information and my review helpful.
