Update. I'm currently on the phone with Revain (January 21st) trying to get the refund promised by JBY for both the radio and the return postage. JBY was quick to respond when I had problems with the radio, but they completely stopped responding to me when they got the radio back (verified with the USPS tracking number) and they still haven't shipped anything back to me as promised. glitches. The GPS voice itself decides to change its volume from barely audible to screaming and distorted. The device restarted without warning, especially when using the iPod function while the GPS application was running. Streaks appeared on the rear camera screen. The seller tried to fix the problem by sending a new camera and even a new device but it still didn't work. The seller sent a filter to be installed, but it did not help. The seller told me that I need to use a TF card to download and install the patch. I asked them to mail me the patch. It didn't solve the problem. I paid for two radios to be shipped to them and they promised to refund both the purchase price and shipping costs but they have not yet done so. Also, they responded to emails very quickly to resolve the issue, but stopped responding to emails after receiving the last radio but have not yet refunded my purchase price. Therefore, I exclude the cost of the original radio, the cost of shipping the original radio, the cost of shipping a new radio, and the cost of having the original radio professionally installed.
