You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed. First I would like to start off by not reviewing or rating any products but this one really let me down. I received my radio and was very happy with it, but after struggling to install the radio due to a lack of instructions and description, I was able to install it (it took about 30 minutes to install and unplug the old radio). After installing the radio and playing with it for some time, the flaws and flaws became apparent. First, there's a slight touchscreen lag and itโ€ฆ

Poor programming and details. Until now to get a refund.

Update. I'm currently on the phone with Revain (January 21st) trying to get the refund promised by JBY for both the radio and the return postage. JBY was quick to respond when I had problems with the radio, but they completely stopped responding to me when they got the radio back (verified with the USPS tracking number) and they still haven't shipped anything back to me as promised. glitches. The GPS voice itself decides to change its volume from barely audible to screaming and distorted. Theโ€ฆ

Good price, poor customer service, difficult installation, no antenna adapter

I have a 2010 VW Jetta TDI. The main attraction of this product is the price, but it has many disadvantages; Every audio store charges around 500 for everything, which is less than half. I am not an experienced person in radio installation, so the installation is not that easy. The main wiring harness is pretty basic, but it comes with a bunch of other wires you don't know where they go. I tried contacting customer service and while I received replies, I never received an answer to my specificโ€ฆ

Like Like Love - Car Video

***REDACTED*** I have installed this device for 3 months and so far I DO NOT LOVE it. I've definitely changed my mind on this matter. It has a ton of features and is a huge upgrade from my 12 year old stereo, but everything does NOT work great and is NOT very easy to use. However I have to say it fits my 2006 Volkswagen GTI perfectly, it almost looks like it was designed by VW but it definitely wasn't. It's handy to have a NAV system and the touchscreen works great. My Android phone connectedโ€ฆ
