I give these bits 5 stars just for the value. I use them for drilling wood to make tiny holes for inlaid silver wire. and these things"laser" sharp. They don't "walk" through hardwood like my German bits. And I paid a high price for that in the 90s. The set I received had colored collars. The case is a bit strange. but it works fine once i figured it out. Great offer! . if you are in the market for something like that.
