I used one of these in my boat to power 12V LED strips which I installed along the edge to give me some light when I'm after burglary the darkness outside. I've used two more in my shed to drive two 12v fans I installed the day before on the vents to remove hot air and another for extra 12v lighting. I use both 12- V batteries and have a small solar panel for charging. The switches are waterproof due to their rubber covers, very well made and durable, and easy to install. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend if you are looking for a good price on multiple switches for multiple projects.
