Review on LG 27UL850-W Display: Enhanced DisplayHDR 🖥️ Connectivity & 4K Resolution, Adjustable - 27UL850-W by Don Cooper

First, let me say that I rated this three stars for games because I'm not a gamer and I don't know what to look for when doing so. I'm a photographer and I bought this to edit photos and see the details in the picture that I was missing on my laptop and it's perfect for that. I had a few things I was looking for in a monitor when I was looking for a monitor to help with my editing in photography.1. I wanted a monitor no larger than 27" because I bought a 32" monitor that was too big for the distance I was sitting. You absolutely have to take this into account or you might end up like me and have to turn your head to see the entire screen and it will be awkward. 2. I wanted the monitor to support USB-C as I use a MacBook Pro and wanted to charge my computer while using the monitor.3. I didn't want to spend money on a monitor but wanted to make sure I was getting good quality. This monitor was perfect for me and I bought it without seeing it in person and I have to say I'm happy with it. (Note there is a monitor of the same model, but it was a little cheaper last year, but I bought it to make sure I had the latest model). The monitor has excellent color accuracy when delivered. This is important to me as I am a photographer and I print photos regularly and it is very important to me that the colors on the paper are what I see on the screen. I still have something to print and I think it doesn't look right when I compare. This monitor also offers headroom in terms of brightness. I set the monitor to 28 (out of 100) and it's bright enough for the room. For a photographer/Mac user, this is perfect. One wish I have is that you could turn off monitor charging when your MacBook was charging to prevent premature battery degradation. A must if you are looking for a monitor.
