Look, I don't even know of high-quality coffee grinders. I've been a barista for about 6 months. but that's all. So when I say, gosh, this thing exhausted my hands, I can sound like a complete whimper. I spent 20 minutes grinding about 2 ounces of espresso. I handed it over to my sister, she spent 20 minutes with the same result. My friend decided he had to intervene and spent an agonizing 10 minutes. We've been grinding this coffee all day. To fill the glass, we all spent 20 minutes a day. It was such a relaxing past that we eventually started using it as a remedy for anxiety. In the end I finally got the espresso machine I was waiting for and when I tried that first cup. It was worth it. The cut is so perfect I would do it again. With a smile on your face. Many Thanks.
