I was almost done with my first bath, but I was thinking about what I should do when it was over. I think it helps, but it's too early to tell. All the sources I've read on Leaky Gut help recommend all the ingredients in this powder, but it's expensive as hell to buy on a regular basis! And I think my leaky gut problem is going to last a long time because I don't want to completely eliminate gluten, dairy, and sugar. I try to eat healthy and eat lots of vegetables, but I also like to enjoy life. I'm trying to heal my gut to lower my Hashimoto's thyroid antibodies and ease my digestive issues. Anyway, after looking at all the ingredients, I thought maybe I should just take the ingredients one at a time and take them that way. But it's really nice to just throw a scoop in my collagen smoothie in the morning. I love spreadsheets so I made a spreadsheet of ingredients, serving cost and bath cost when I bought the ingredients and made my own bath. Turns out I can make my own bath for about $10. So Amy Myers is increasing the price of this product by 500%! What a rip off! Of course I understand that this is a company and needs to make a profit to stay in business, but 500%? For something that can help so many people with health? It's terrible. i will do it myself thanks By the way, I ordered L-glutamine, marshmallow root powder, elm bark powder and aloe vera leaf powder as dietary supplements. com They are based in the USA so I hope these are quality products. They seem to be from what I've read. The other two, arabinogalactan and DGL licorice root powder, I had to order here on Amazon. I just ordered these so if it turns out not to work I will update my review. I hope this helps those who want to keep using this product but can't afford the ridiculous premium price. And yes, the taste is disgusting. But the smoothie masks it pretty well.
