Good news first. The shaggy pattern that comes with the yarn is accurate and easy to follow. And one strand makes a washcloth, not big but big enough to get the job done. However, the finished product has some disadvantages. The cotton yarn soaked up a lot of bath gel without producing a lot of suds. I had to use about three times more than I would normally put on a clean mesh. After use, I rinsed it well to remove absorbed gel and hung it to dry by a handy loop. 12 hours later he was still pretty wet. and the next morning it was still damp. The instructions say that you can dry it in the dryer for a short time, but that's a bit cumbersome. So if you live in a humid climate, this could be a problem. Also, wet scrubbies are pretty heavy. No wonder with all the water and gel soaked in it. So it was an interesting project, but I don't think I'll do anything else, at least not with this particular yarn.
