I like how easy it was to create tickets after being in contact via email or phone call! The customer support team are very helpful when we have questions about our account/tickets etc - they're always quick at responding back as well!! We don't really dislike anything but would love more integrations into other platforms such as Slack & Zoom (we've currently only integrated Trello). If you need an all-inclusive ticketing platform then this should be top priority if using TeamViewer isn’s working out perfectly! Our main issue has been solved by adding additional features which will make life easier once again. Ticket management through multiple channels including emails / calls + live chat sessions makes things much quicker than having everything done manually so far. ! This helps us keep track better too because there aren‘ t many mistakes made anymore since everyone knows what each person does best :) So glad i found these guys who were.
