Review on Revolutionize Your Additive πŸš€ Manufacturing with NOVAMAKER TPU Filament 1 by Justin Dorsett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Needs drying but ok for the price

Works great but you need to dry it right out of the bag. I bought 5 rolls of different colors on sale and printed proofs of 3. They all burst and looked like crap. I took all 5 rolls and put them in my makeshift dryer which is a heater aimed at a desiccant filled box and a small fan running through the wall heats to 125f (15% humidity) for a few hours ) and tried again with lots of top scores. If you are trying this and don't have a dryer I would suggest looking elsewhere. This is for the petg movie, I can't comment on the pla. Update: Attached are some photos of final products in white and blue after drying. Second update: Dried in the right dryer at 65C for 4 hours and works great, on Ender 3 my settings are: Hotend 240C, Bed 80C, Retract Distance 6.5, Retract Speed 25mm/s, Print Speed 55mm/ with on a glass platform with glue stick and without cooling. A little stretch but I'll try the new settings and see if I can get better. Update 6/2021: I bought a few more and this one was dry from the start. Works very well, I am now using the Prusament Petg setting on my mk3 and it prints as good as filament for twice the price. It's 15.99 on the best day so I'll get some more
