I was so happy to receive these pots and pans. I've been using Target inexpensive skillets for years and finally decided to treat myself to some nice cookware for the first time. I did my research and couldn't wait to use it. Only after 6 months did all the pans start to stick. I've had them for 1 year now and absolutely EVERYTHING sticks to the pans (see photo after boiling the eggs). There is no non-stick coating at all. I use vegetable oil or butter every time I cook, rarely cook over medium heat, and wash with a sponge. I also HATE that there is no silicone or plastic on the lid handles. I've lost count of the number of times I've burned my hands because I forgot to grab a heating pad and quickly tried to get the lid off. This product has a 2 year guarantee on its non-stick surface but only if it's a manufacturer defect without abuse which I understand but after they started sticking I actually had to brush them clean so I have to send back food everywhere? I'm not sure it's even worth replacing as I'm sure they will consider them abused even though I've followed their usage and care instructions. So disappointed with this purchase. My cheap pots lasted over 5 years so I guess I'm back with Target I go :(
