I got the device in June, unfortunately this month (August) it started to slow down, applications started to crash and the rear camera suddenly stopped working. I had to contact customer service and they responded quickly and provided instructions on how to possibly resolve the issue. Unfortunately it didn't work, so we just had to look for another device. But many thanks to their support team for the great job of solving the issue! I wouldn't mind buying other products from them as long as the level of customer service is exceptionally the same!
