Talisman Designs' Bacon Container is the best way to manage bacon (or any other fat!)! It's the perfect size - not too big and not small and easy to reuse! The colander is perfect for catching those tasty bits of bacon that are usually thrown down the drain or thrown in the trash along with the fat. From the packaging I learned some new "tips" for the best/easiest way to deal with grease residue. I used to have to look for a leftover metal can (if I could find one), then pour in hot lube, let the can cool, then throw it away (couldn't be recycled). Now I always have a "basket" for my fat! My life with bacon just got so much better with this nifty reusable bacon basket! Good product!
