Review on Counterbore Set by Drill Warehouse by Antoine Scisson

According to the description, they are delivered in a metal box. Mine came without a metal box. Also, right out of the box, all the edges are damaged and the surface is covered with rust, which means it's not titanium as described. I'd be surprised if they were HSS, but I didn't test for hardness. The cutting edge runs parallel to the shank at the top and bottom, meaning they won't bite into the metal and remove shavings.
