The first 3.5 months were great. I'm a remote worker and use this when traveling to get a second screen. Although there was almost no sound from the start, I have to say that the screen's clarity was excellent and it's fairly light for its size. But on the fourth month, the screen went black and stopped working, and tech support told me to buy a new one. Unfortunately I refuse to buy 4 of these a year and want the one I bought to last at least a year. So sad that you lost a customer here. Update 11/9 The team finally got in touch after my review to see what they can do to fix the issue. Unfortunately I no longer have the monitor as I didn't need one which didn't work. They offered me 2 solutions 1) they send me a new monitor 2) they can get a refund. I was happy with both, but it's sad I had to do my first review to get help. Upgraded to 4 stars as they refunded my money but it was a process to contact them.
