Product missing part; rude customer service voicemail!
Purchased this at BB for a better price as part of Black Friday deal. Hardware is relatively easy to install and seems good quality but was missing door sensors to tell if door is open or shut. Customer service voicemail is rude and doesn't seem to be an indicator of good quality customer service. I submitted a warranty claim per voicemail instructions even though package instructions say to call for help with installation problems or product issues. I will return if the missing parts are not mailed to me. The app is poorly designed and hub and device setup is pretty horrible. App is plain and lacking features once setup. I will purchase from a different manufacturer if I have to return this product. And I do not recommend this product for purchase.
