Review on πŸš— Enhance Vehicle Performance with Traxda 102030 Front Leveling Kit: Achieve Optimal Balance and Stability by Ryan Bowers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy installation but high.

This was very easy to install on my 2014 Explorer Limited 4x4. The instructions will actually cause you to break the suspension more than you really have to. I did not follow parts 3 and 4 in the instructions and had no problems removing or inserting the rack with the spacer installed. After it was installed and planted on the ground, the rocker was at 12 inches front and rear. However, when I measured the distance from the top of the front and rear tires to the fender, it was 4 inches in the rear and 5 inches in the front. I thought it might calm down but two days later it was the same. It's also changed the way you drive and move. And not the way I liked it. This seemed to strengthen the steering, but required fewer turns of the wheel. It wasn't as smooth and fluid as before. It may have been because I hadn't tested the alignment yet, but from the looks of it I wasn't sure I was going to keep it set so I didn't want to pay for it and then had to pay for it. again when I took it out. In the end I decided that the look it gave the truck wasn't worth the change in handling to me. If I had planned on getting bigger tires it might have looked great, but the tires it has are in great condition and I didn't want to haphazardly waste money on tires. I removed the kit today and will be returning it. Great product and well built but not for me. The first two photos are before and the second two are after.
