Great customer service and great product
EDIT: Original review below. Customer service is excellent. I was promptly sent replacement bulbs for those that had arrived dead. Easy installation, headlights are exactly what I hoped. Bought these for my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Only the license plate light works. I tried rotating them 180 degrees to check polarity and tried every bulb in every socket but nothing worked. If I get a response from the seller and the issue is resolved, my rating will be changed.
