I bought this set as it should be good quality but a lot cheaper than buying snaps. One of the parts was bent when first used. I have contacted GeraldBosch Automotive Service Solutions LLCOTC TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I was told I would need to send the part in so they could check if they were honoring the warranty. As a mechanic, you don't have time to wait for so many fluctuations. They were also very rude. In this case, spending more money would be better than going to the trouble and being left without the tools needed to get the job done.
