Nice set if you use the right adapter for your application. I chose what I thought was the right adapter, but it's not. The adapter is bell-shaped. The connection was loosened well, but if made a little stronger it wouldn't have bent.

Absolutely amazing set. You can't get a kit with so many parts that is so well made at this price. OTC is a name known for its high quality. I am a Ford diesel mechanic, our Ford special tools are often made by OTC. This kit is great to have on hand. Works very well for ball joints and U-joints.

I love tools that are made in the USA. OTC products are heavy and you get what you pay for. I bought a kit to restore the front of my Ford Excursion and later my Chevrolet Silverado. Facilitates working with cardan joints and ball joints. It might be a bit pricey for homemade, but it's worth it.

I've long argued between this and the larger, much more expensive option. This covers a lot of what's coming in the shop, and for 99.9% of the other ball joints that come in, you can get them to work. The quality seems to be on par. As with any tool, it is important to use the correct tool for proper tool operation and maintenance.

I checked them 2 days before ordering. I've never seen better press (ever). That's all you'll ever need. Similar to those we used on army tanks. I was looking for a quality C clamp for a range of bushing installation jobs and was delighted with the choice of cups and receivers that came with this kit it attractive.
