I ordered a C106 USB-C to USB hub to expand my laptop's USB capabilities. My laptop has 2 USB-C and 3 USB Type-A but I needed more. Since I didn't use my USB-C ports for anything, this seemed like the right decision. Unfortunately I connected the adapter and nothing. I've tried a few things and still nothing. I was about to request a refund when I decided to write to atolls tech support. The next day I had clear and direct instructions on how to solve the problem. I did as I was told and now I have 4 more USB Type-A ports. Hooray!
