Highly Recommended. These are very good base layers/thermos. I don't know if I have these or others, but one of them is actually thick and has a wool-like material on the inside. They are very well made and super comfortable. I'll tell you the height though: I'm about 5ft 8in, weigh 150lbs and am very comfortable wearing a medium sized shirt and pants. Shrinks a little when drying. Sometimes I like a tighter fit, but if you like a looser fit but still a bit tight, that's your size. I might go with more. Also, the shirt stays on long enough so it doesn't ride up like some cotton underwear when they shrink. Would buy again
