I've been using my RT-AC66W for a few months now and although I was thrilled when I bought it I was disappointed. Let's start by saying that many GUI functions do not work. For example, you cannot determine which user is using your bandwidth. You cannot call a user by their normal name. You cannot export the connection list. None of the network tools in the GUI work. And this is just a short list. This router claims it can do all of these things and has menu options, but they don't work, none of them. I contacted support (it's not that simple, by the way) and they didn't fix the problem. If you want to boot your own router operating system onto something like dd-wrt, that might be fine, but if you plan to use the router with the software that comes with it, you'll be disappointed. It's actually pretty embarrassing how poorly written this software is. ASUS should be ashamed to release a product that performs so poorly.
