I really wanted to like this product. I have had many Netgear modems and routers in the past. I've owned a consumer Orbi ax4200 for a while and it's been amazing - easy to set up, great coverage with router and 2 satellites, no problems. I decided to return it and replace it with a professional one because I needed more control over network segmentation and wanted the 4 professional SSIDs to separate work, IoT, guest and personal devices. However, I had problems with the goal. I was never able to register the product and had to contact support which involves creating an online ticket, calling Netgear support and providing the ticket number (after 4 transfers and entering the ticket number through the keyboard you will be asked for your name and ticket number). Support was able to add it to my account, but then I couldn't add it to the analytics app. Support couldn't solve this problem for me. Also, the coverage wasn't as good as the orbi ax4200, so I gave up and returned it. I offered to buy another one to try again if they give me a discount but after 4 more transfers it was knocked down. I ended up buying a system from Ubiquiti and couldn't be happier. Netgear has lost a loyal customer.
