Great item - easy to install. Depressurize the fuel rail by pushing the schrader valve into the fuel pressure port with a small screwdriver. Put a rag down as fuel will spill. Then place a rag under and around the regulator. Quite a bit of fuel leaked out when it was removed. Use a pick or screwdriver to remove the clamp and gently pull out the regulator. The black ring in the kit is a little confusing at first, but it is a gasket that goes on the inside of the regulator and then a larger blue o-ring is placed on top. A small O-ring goes in the housing. Use a 5-16 socket to firmly press the small o-ring into place. Then the fuel control assembly is put on (large blue o-ring and gasket installed) and pressed firmly into the housing. It is firmly in place, and then the removed clip can be put on. Turn on the ignition 2 or 3 times to restore fuel pressure and start the engine! Easy work for 10-15 minutes
