Make sure that all seals are installed in the correct order.

Fuel pressure regulator was OEM. We have found that a larger o-ring needs to be fitted to the regulator prior to installation or there will be leakage. After installing the new unit, the Commuter started to perform much better on cold starts.

Pros
  • Quality assembly
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Not in the original packaging

The fuel pressure actually came quickly a++ the next day. Amazing πŸ‘Œ. Bought fuel pressure regulator from Ac Delco. But at reception. It wasn't in the original packaging. Very schematic. It was in a ziplock bag. With sticker. They usually come in the original packaging. But not this one. $75 is a lot of money and if you didn't receive the box then this appears to be a non-genuine product. Maybe a cheap fake. I do not know. I will install and use it anyway. Because my truck needs this part.

Pros
  • Durable finish

  • I vaguely remember

Seems to work Good in the fuel system

The regulator came to AC Delco quite well....and looks like a BWD....I took it off...but!I sprayed gas when I started the engine started... so I recommend wrapping your blue shop towels... it took me (hopefully) 4 times to figure it out but the black pad... seemed big (thick) and I ended up replacing the thinner plastic pad from the old block and glued it back into the hole. the clamp tightened... the round part at the back... attached to the tongues... much prayed. and bingo. seems to have…

  • Great for a small house

OEM Precise Fitting - Spare Parts

I replaced the vacuum hose that came with it so I figured why not replace that as well, my 2002 Yukon XL Flex Fuel 5.3L has almost 184,000 miles It was a perfect fit , no leaks. There is no new bracket in the kit, which is not critical. The order of installing the seals (large and small) is as follows: first nylon, then rubber o-ring. Lubricate the O-rings with engine oil or cylinder grease before installation. I have a special o-ring grease that a colleague gave me to work on his Audi and I…

Great item - easy to install

Great item - easy to install. Depressurize the fuel rail by pushing the schrader valve into the fuel pressure port with a small screwdriver. Put a rag down as fuel will spill. Then place a rag under and around the regulator. Quite a bit of fuel leaked out when it was removed. Use a pick or screwdriver to remove the clamp and gently pull out the regulator. The black ring in the kit is a little confusing at first, but it is a gasket that goes on the inside of the regulator and then a larger blue…

Pros
  • Nice to use

  • I won't say anything
