These are great chisels and mirror the Pfeil chisels which sell for $429.99. You can see the arrow set on the Woodcraft website, it's called the Brienz Collection, a full size 12 piece set that is purchased individually for $495.98. Now it's not arrow, but they're as close as you can imagine. I'll look out for other Schaaf tools, if that's the quality you want at a great price then I'll want them. Each chisel is just what you need to get started. This is as good as it gets and most carving tools need cleaning and sharpening. Even when Pheil chisels become sharp, they still need to be cleaned and trimmed. IMPORTANT - If you are new to carving tools, watch some tool sharpening videos, the blades screw on easily. Take the time to get it right and you'll love it. I believe all bits should be changed at an angle of 20-23 degrees. Currently they are at a 25 degree angle which makes the bit too high and more difficult to work on. I will sharpen up to 20 degrees. 10% discount at schaaftools.com.
