Great cookware, looks great but food doesn't burn in it
I joke with my wife but seriously I didn't marry her because of her cooking skills. On the third day with dishes, she burned some chicken in a 10-inch pan. Brown burn marks did not go away with rags or a silicone cleaning pad designed for this type of skillet. Boiling eggs in this pan is commonplace today. hard work as they stick pretty well to the brown spots that are all over the pan except the meat area that is welded to the pan. Take your ADDITIVE meds, set timers, don't work at the same time as Eat on the stove or pay the consequences!
