It's easy to use; there are several ways I can look up an incident/ticket number or other data (ie search by type like ticket #). As stated above it syncs with our CRMs easily so that if you need something from your past history its at hand! There isn't anything really negative about this program right now but maybe once we started using more advanced tools then perhaps some things may not work as well? Definitely consider looking into multiple options when considering what tool will suit best within each department / business unit and try them out before making any commitments - they do change over time which makes choosing somewhat difficult sometimes without having tried everything available!!
