Inexpensive for a good reason!
The screw for the stop lever was missing in the box. Then when he tried to put pressure on the pins, he slipped off the retaining ring. Wrongly installed pins found out from the package. As expected, they did their job on loose retaining rings. Once you get a tight locking ring, simply rotate the pin arms below the pivot point and you'll loosen the locking ring. Cheap for a reason. The soft metal used will not withstand the pressure of the large snap rings they are designed for. will return them.
