Review on CustomerSpec by Marcelo Apriando

The ability for us to use all our data in one place, including historical, to create actionable insights that drive long-term success is what I like best about this software (and their support). While it allows more flexibility than other platforms out there - some of those features can be difficult to figure out how to implement. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for when searching. That being said though, CustomerSpecs team makes creating custom reports very simple with intuitive search filters. We've been able to easily pull up metrics across departments within our organization that we could never see or had to struggle to build ourselves. This has allowed us to make better decisions regarding future growth! Their analytics capabilities are also amazing so we have a great way visualize trends over time. They don't offer as many options for email marketing/communications as others do, but they provide an excellent option if that is.
