We have a vinyl railing and the installers did a terrible job leveling it to the ground so we have gaps under the lower railing. My neighbor has gravel along the fence, we have lawn and their gravel! I bought 2x4 vinyl slats and tore them into 2 L shaped pieces which I attached to the bottom slats between the posts with self tapping screws to close the gap. This blade cuts smoothly and generates no heat, giving you beautiful lines. This has nothing to do with the blade, but if you're cutting plastic, remember that static electricity will cause plastic to be cut everywhere, including you! You can minimize this problem by using a dust bag on your saw.
