I love how easy it was to use this software, as well as all of its features! It's very user friendly and also has an excellent customer service team if you have any questions or concerns about using their product. Sometimes there are some bugs that can be frustrating when trying to find them themselves but they usually get fixed quickly by contacting support directly through email. If your looking for something simple with no frills then maybe not much else out there will work better than this one. We needed somewhere we could store our notes in order so patients would know what tests were done at appointments along with other information from those visits. The ability to add pictures/videos made things easier too. Also being able to send messages back and forth between doctor & nurse via text messaging makes communication more efficient as well since sometimes phone calls aren't always possible due to busyness during normal business hours.
