It's very user friendly and also has an excellent customer service team if you have any questions or concerns about using their product. Sometimes there are some bugs that can be frustrating when trying to find them themselves but they usually get fixed quickly by contacting support directly through email. I love that it has an easy interface, which makes my life easier when transcribing medical notes. It also allows me to keep track of time spent working on each note. The price can be expensive at times if you're doing more than one transcription per month. Sometimes there are errors in the transcriptions as well - but this may just depend on how good your computer microphone/speaker setup is.
