I like that it's easy to use, and you can customize how much detail you want transcribed from your notes. It does a good job of capturing key points in my note taking. Sometimes there are errors or typos but this isn't always an issue with other companies as well. The price point is fair if you're looking at it just to get transcription services. You don't have to worry about getting things wrong because they will correct them before sending out final transcripts. We've been able to save time by not having to go back through our files when we need something corrected.
